Captions are an important aspect of the learning and social process for deaf and hard-of-hearing people and provide full access to the learning
experience. It is well worth the time and effort for the media, software and entertainment developers and educators to search for and provide quality captioning services
to meet the needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing public. |
